Joe Kennedy, one of Robert Kennedy's thirty grandchildren, will be campaigning on behalf of Senator Barack Obama today in the Miami neighborhood of Allapattah. Apparently Kennedy spent a few years in the Dominican Republic, and that is why he is speaking here (Allapattah being a Dominican neighborhood). The event is scheduled to start at 1:30pm, 1700 NW 36th Street.
Bloomberg News did an article on the Hispanic vote in Miami, and the Obama Campaign's effort in Allapattah among other neighborhoods.
